Why: This extreme amendment will allow for minors’ abortion and sex change surgery without parental consent; make abortion legal through 9 months of pregnancy with no restrictions; mandate taxpayer funding for abortion; remove health regulations for abortion clinics; protect third parties, including abusers, who assist anyone in obtaining an abortion.
