MONDAY NIGHT WILL OVERFLOW WITH GOOD-HEALTH IDEAS … OLD, NEW, BORROWED, AMAZING! PLANNING FOR YOUR GOOD HEALTH/LONGEVITY.
A) LETS START OUR GOOD HEALTH DISCUSSION with an idea that both David Sinclair, PhD (“Lifespan”) and Claire and Casey Means PhD (“Good Energy”) strongly support: vitality and long life are personal choices—one’s individual health choices determine the health results we get. So tonight we’ll briefly explore three health offerings available today.
